Willie B - that sounds mighty tasty - since I did not bag a black bear this spring [Frown] , I'm still suffering with fresh pepper smoked king salmon (yep, right out of the water [Big Grin] ), homemade mushroom sauce over pasta (courtesy of my sweetie Amanda [Big Grin] ) guacamole salad with finely sliced serrano peppers [Eek!] , fresh baked sourdough bread and butter, steamed brocolli with lemon butter drizzled on top with a squeeze of lemon, and to finish it off, a small dish of vanilla ice cream with chocolate topping - delicious, makes me want to not kill a bear every spring [Wink] - nah, forget I said that - KMule
