Cooking a wild game dinner for some buddies tonight. One says he's never liked wild game when he's tried it. I'm going to try to change his mind. The horseradish/cream sauce I made for the carpaccio was too bland, but the rest was great. The prosciutto-wrapped moose was the best recipe of the three but the bear bourgiugnon was no slouch. Give it a try if you have a chance. | |||
