If it was a real Texas King Ranch Chicken Casserole recipe, it would say "Fritos" and be done with it. xxxxxxxxxx When considering US based operations of guides/outfitters, check and see if they are NRA members. Bill: I am not recommending Fritos, they are complete grease bombs, but they are the "corn tortilla chips" that almost all Texas, except the few health nuts among us, use for such dishes.  xxxxxxxxxx When considering US based operations of guides/outfitters, check and see if they are NRA members.
