This looks very different, and interesting. Anyone ever had this dish here?

To each his own, but any recipe that has raisins in it is highly suspect for my tastes. Then when you throw in Vienna Sausages....well....if I was in the Philippines, I might try it....but as long as I'm in the states, I think I'll pass.

When considering US based operations of guides/outfitters, check and see if they are NRA members. If not, why support someone who doesn't support us? Consider spending your money elsewhere.

NEVER, EVER book a hunt with BLAIR WORLDWIDE HUNTING or JEFF BLAIR.

I have come to understand that in hunting, the goal is not the goal but the process.

"....featuring ingredients that appeared in the Philippines during the American occupation".

I suppose this is the substitute for two cans of Spam:
....
¾ cup finely diced smoked ham
4 canned Vienna sausages, thoroughly mashed with a fork
1 ½ pounds ground pork
....

I love Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, Indian. Not so much Malaysian, Indonesian. From the looks of this dish, it falls onto the MI list rather than the TVCI list. I'll pass.

Having worked with filipinos a good 20 years, there is a reason you do not find filipino restaurants around the world...
