George Lang's Potato Bread with Caraway Seeds. Using 8 cups of flour and a cup of mashed potatoes among other things, it yields a wonderful loaf a foot in diameter when cooked in a 12-inch cast iron skillet. Excellent tooth and fabulous for toast and BLTs. There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn’t. – John Green, author

Ummm, looks good, but a pic is not a recipe. xxxxxxxxxx When considering US based operations of guides/outfitters, check and see if they are NRA members. If not, why support someone who doesn't support us? Consider spending your money elsewhere. NEVER, EVER book a hunt with BLAIR WORLDWIDE HUNTING or JEFF BLAIR. I have come to understand that in hunting, the goal is not the goal but the process.

The Norwegian potato bread is lefse, a flat bread .Simple to make and you can smear it with butter , jam , etc, etc! all you need is a griddle .Put stuff on it and fold or roll it up and eat !
