Does anyone have any experience with flat base vs. boat tail conical bullets in a muzzle loader? I would think that the boat tail would have a slightly higher BC. But both are tipped and in sabots. These will be going in a TC inline with a 1:28 twist. DW

At practical ranges it cannot possibly matter. Use what gives you the terminal performance you're looking for, shoots best, loads easiest, and cleans up quickest - in that order.
