I live in NE Ohio and get them at the local grocery store. Bought some yesterday at $8.95 +tax. Ouch.

Sportsman's wharehouse website says they have them "in stock"; 100 #11's for $6.99. I bought 1000 of them there 18 mo. ago and see it's time for me to place another order.
