Were you able to contact EAA and get any info on this rifle. I too would consider one in 6.5. I would love a Ruger 1a in this caliber but for 200 bucks I would certainly try out the EAA. I checked with my gun dealer and they aren't listed in the catalog that they have. Heck at that price a few other caliber may be added as well. Regards, RQG | |||

Hate to be the bringer of bad news but Remington is only listing the single shot in .223, .243, .270 & '06. There's a freakin' surprise... | |||

Yeah, I just heard Remington was going to start distribution and branding of these rifles themselves as inexpensive "brand-name" rifles... Which is fine with me... As long as I can get my "Remington Spartan" single shot in 6.5, I'll be happy! | |||
