M70sa -376 Steyr Port Length question

saM70 receivers for wsm rounds have a (1/4")larger port than a std calibre(308win)m70sa.
If fitting a 376s to a std.caibre SA receiver, does a person need to lengthen that port?

I don't know the port length of a M70 port off the top of my head, but I know you do NOT have to lengthen a 30-06 length Remington M700 port to fit the .376 Steyr to it. So, if you have both, you MIGHT get a good idea from comparing the two.....

the steyr fits fine in a 3.15 length aciton. I don't know if the SA is that long
