Butch,
I don't know if they do Teflon, per se. But have you tried to contact Blackstar, in Houston?

Shilen used to use some guy in Breckinridge I think.

Who ever you use, make sure they use either fine sand or aluminum oxide to blast with. Glass beads are too slick and the finish will not adhere well. Been there, done that.

Freddy, I will check with Shilen in the morning. Bug, I have not checked Blackstar. Jeffeosso, Charlie does not list it on his website.

Through several recommendations, I will go with Walter Birdsong in Mississippi. Freddy that is who Shilen uses. They said delivery time of 4-6 weeks. Shilen confirmed that. Thanks for all the help.

Birdsong has done well for me on several handguns and one rifle. Very good quality finish and he takes good care of your firearm.
