Baking Soda blast dry or wet . Armex or Arm & Hammer under pressure in a blasting cabinet . Or Glass bead depending on desired finish . http://www.armex.com/?gclid=CJXZ9bvQnZcCFRNOagodoCAeDw

Yes ; Air Pressure 10-120 lb. CFM is dependent on nozzle size generally 30-400 CFM is needed . A blast cabinet which will do other media works JUST FINE , be certain you have DRY Air or Nitrogen I have even put glass beads in mine from time to time so as to prevent clumping . Please try it with out first as it's not necessary in all cases . Small nozzle requires smaller CFM and is much more precise for control . Benefit is non toxic ( Bicarbonate of Soda ) little too NO damage of substrate . So it's a Win Win in my book .
