Gents:

would some of you kindly upload a few pics of stocks you have had built for M70s? I am looking for some visual cues. Specific areas of interest include the pistol grip area and the forestock.

nice idea. problem for me is that is roughly the same stock used on the factory guns, right? if so, when I shoulder the weapon in a natural, comfortable position for me I am high and to the right of the the sights/scope.

Thinking this means I need a thinner cheekpiece/cast on/lower comb?

Just don't know.

That's what I thought, Jim. Can't bend a rifle stock, though, like a shotgun stock as I understand it.

Don't some of the Mickeys come with cast in the stocks?
