The stock on my Ruger RSM MK2M77 458 LOTT has cracked. I am trying to get a HOGUE stock that will fit my rifle. After NUMEROUS emails back and forth to hogue they assured me that that the correct stock was the model 77023 or 77021, needless to say it is not after getting a friend to bring it out to ZIM. Can anyone tell me what the correct stock is for my rifle as i cant go through getting the wrong stock again.

You have an RSM - Hogue, as far as I know, doesn't make a stock for it.
A quick survery of the stocks offered by Hogue, does not show ANY rsm stocks.

I am not aware of anyone that makes a ruger RSM synthetic stock, sorry.

you can try numrich for a replacement?

remember the RSM is a Magnum, not long action -- its 2 sizes larger, in all directions - taller, longer, wider, than a 77 mkII

No $hit? bewildered I never had both at the same time to compare. All this time I thought the RSM was based on the long action with longer box. As I sit here watching it snow I call it another good day since I learned something new.

As usual just my $.02

This might not be of much help, but I have this stock for sale. I want $350 plus shipping. I've not shipped anything into Zim before, but if you help walk me through it, I'd do it.

Might consider trade for pictures of Taxidermy Enterprise in Bulawayo burning to the ground. Not that I want you to set it afire, just that it'd be worth it to me to see it burn. Never mind... just kidding! Kinda... well, really!
