| How do you imagine you would screw it up? Just trying to get your thought process clear. The answer is no. |

| A given barrel may have a twist rate ideal for a certain weight range or a lead angle ideal for a certain ogive design, but there should be no problems firing any bullet weight commonly used for the 308.

Heed the words of Winston Smith in Orwell's 1984:
"Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book rewritten, every picture has been repainted, every statue and street building has been renamed, every date has been altered. And the process is continuing day by day and minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right."

| A one in ten twist rate was developed to stabilize 220 grain bullets. Standard for the .308 is one in 12. But you can't possibly "screw it up" no matter what weight you shoot; twist rates are only for stabilizing the bullet, affecting accuracy. |

| That ship has sailed.....JK. Your barrel will shoot anything up to over a 200 grainer, VLD bullets, which is why Ruger, and your new maker, chose one in ten. So it isn't make Only for 168s or 175s. But you certainly can't hurt it by shooting any 30 caliber bullet in it. |
