| one quick way to tell if it is pre 64 or post 64 is to look at the checkering on the stock if it is handcut it is a pre64 if it is the basket weave style it is post. Interesting guns, I havne't messed with mine much as it badly needs a trigger job, but one thing I really like about it is it really seems to come up to my shoulder and on target really quickly it just feels good, better than any my other rifles |
