Is there a sight that tells the age of these rifles by serial number?

It has been on here before, but I can't find it now.

Thanks, Bob

one quick way to tell if it is pre 64 or post 64 is to look at the checkering on the stock if it is handcut it is a pre64 if it is the basket weave style it is post. Interesting guns, I havne't messed with mine much as it badly needs a trigger job, but one thing I really like about it is it really seems to come up to my shoulder and on target really quickly it just feels good, better than any my other rifles
