Keith (Hog Killer) and Jeff (Jeffeosso)-

I am going to try one with the original safety. I am sure they are as good as you say they are. They are surely not the most esthetically pleasing safety out there.

You gotta admit, this safety looks good:

Yeah Mark, it is a nice looking safety, and that is a purrty bolt handle too. But I will stay with the classic features, original safety and dogleg bolt handle. They just suit me.

The doglegs are evil on anything that has recoil! The first time I shot my 500 Jeffrey I hadn't removed the dogleg, and that mistake was quickly remedied.

did you go to a straight or swept handle if I can ask- just curious.
