| Well, I've got a fine takeoff barrel with "strong rifling" (dealer speak for "you can see where the rifling used to be") in 8mm Mauser, that I'd let you have (even trade) for that poor worn out tube you have (see what a generous guy I am?). The Turk ammo IS hot. |

| Yup, the Turk ammo seems a little hot alright. More like a lot hot!
Fired a bunch last weekendend in a 48 Yugo, bolt lift was a little sticky. I haven't chronoed any myself, but have heard that 3000fps with 150 gr bullets is common. Accuracy wasn't all that bad, 2"-3" five shots @ 100yd from an average barrel. |
