| For either 378 or 416 Rigby based calibres forget the Rem 700. They are simply to big. Although if you only wanted single shot that would be different
Best cheaper options to kick off with would be either a CZ in 416 Rigby or Weatherby Synthetic in 30/378 or 338/378.
Also, Weatherbys in the smaller calibres like 300 Wby are quite easy to have converted to the 378 based calibres.

| Remington offers rifles chambered in cartridges requiring bolt faces no larger than .532", including the line of Ultra Mags up to .375 UltraMag, as well as the belted .416 and .458 Magnums. I can't find anything from Remington with bolt faces that would accomodate the Rigby or .30/378 case heads. |
