I have a gentleman that wants to buy a legal curio and relic firearm from me. I've never sold to a C&R license before. Assuming local laws are being complied with, and that it is a legal C&R, is simply shipping the firearm to the address on the C&R all I have to do to comply with FFL regulations? Thanks for any help. xxxxxxxxxx When considering US based operations of guides/outfitters, check and see if they are NRA members. If not, why support someone who doesn't support us? I believe he needs to send (or FAX) you a signed copy of his C&R license to make it legal but then, all you have to do is ship it to him. You can even send it USPS. "I ask, sir, what is the Militia? It's the same as sending a firearm to another FFL holder except that the C&R licensee can only buy C&R firearms with his license www.KLStottlemyer.com Deport the Homeless and Give the Illegals citizenship. AT LEAST THE ILLEGALS WILL WORK | |||
