GatogordoC&R license question.......
I have a gentleman that wants to buy a legal curio and relic firearm from me. I've never sold to a C&R license before. Assuming local laws are being complied with, and that it is a legal C&R, is simply shipping the firearm to the address on the C&R all I have to do to comply with FFL regulations? Thanks for any help.

MasteriflemanI believe he needs to send (or FAX) you a signed copy of his C&R license to make it legal but then, all you have to do is ship it to him. You can even send it USPS.

kcstottIt's the same as sending a firearm to another FFL holder except that the C&R licensee can only buy C&R firearms with his license
