Yes, the 93-96 shrouds can be fitted with a two position side swing safety.

there is not, as far as i know, a commercial 3 position mod70 type safety available,

but
a 2 position side swing safety can be installed using the original shroud.

Ed Lapour makes a three position safety for the the 96's, etc.
