I have a 416 Ruger reamer.....but until I see the specs on the actual 416 Ruger I don't know it's the correct shoulder angle etc.....wait until the official specs are known....(PTG probably has it now) In all likely hood reaming the 416 Taylor to 416 Ruger is a easy job and simply a re-ream job....but until we know the actual specs we don't know that one may have to remove a thread on the barrel.... /////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// "Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery." Has anyone figured out yet if the barrel would need to be set back on a 416 Taylor to Ruger conversion? Thanks Dave

Unless the 416Ruger varies greatly from the 375Ruger setback wouldn't be required. As usual just my $.02 Paul K
