Dave Kiff with PT&G has taken care of me. JGS makes good reamers, but if you make any change the price goes up.

any of the reamer makers will do a fine job for you but I'd use PT&G.

I have been ordering them from Manson, but I have an order in right now with PT&G for a 6mmBR, because it is said they know what throat length to use for a weight bullet.
All I had to says was "custom floating pilot 6mmBR .272" neck 85 gr Vmax"
http://www.6mmbr.com/Kiffreamer.html

When I ordered a .223 reamer from Manson, I had to say, "Custom solid pilot .223 .250" neck .030" shorter than SAAMI throat".

In order for me to come up with the change in throat length I had to load a round and compare it to the SAAMI chamber drawings with a granite surface plate height gauge, and dial calipers.

Call Manson reamers and say "custom" and the girl puts Manson on the phone.
Call PT&G, and talk custom to the girls, and there is quite a variation in the knowledge of the different girls.

Dave Kiff at PT&G makes fine reamers and he will make them to any dimension you like while delivering in a timely manner. He is also a pleasure to deal with..

if you call PTG and ask for Dave Kiff, you get Dave Kiff. There is no variation in his knowledge of reamers. He will ask you what you are trying to do, give input on what other gunmakers are doing with their reamers, and build you exactly what you ask for.

He will even remeber you from speaking on the phone with you in the past. I wish I could remeber things as well as that man.

I use PTG exclusively now.
