I've got a couple of fiberglass varmint stocks I want painted but not fancy or glossy - I want a paint job in oven cured aircraft grade matte paint with a colored "web" blown over that. Exactly as HS Precision does it. I've inquired and they don't paint stocks from other mfrs. Any referrals for someone offering such work would be much appreciated. Thanks Mike | ||

From what I have seen here on AR, this guy does nice work. He posts here on AR as CAS2 or something like that. Some problems will arise. How you decide to handle them will determine how much you enjoy your hunt. Just tell yourself, "it's all part of the adventure." Remember, if Robert Ruark had gotten upset every time problems with Harry Selby's flat bed truck delayed the safari, Horn of the Hunter would have read like an indictment of Selby.
