I know that Weaver/Picatinny/AR-15 rings will fit on my CZ550 Safari Mag in .416 Rigby, because I have experimented with them. What I am wondering is if Barrett's Adjustable Scope Rings that are designed to fit the M1913 rail, would also fit on the CZ action?????  IF SO, THEN, I could adjust them for longer range shooting!!!Since the Barrett .416 is being released, and I already have Rigby dies, and with 400 grain LR bullets with a .943 BC being available soon; I am thinking about building a Quick Twist .416 Rigby on my CZ to play with!!! The terms Picatinny and 1913 are interchangeable when referring to scope bases...they are the same product. | |||

Picatinny and M1913 are the same. Standard and Weaver are the same. From what I have seen, the width is very close. It is the shape of the beveled edges and the grooves that is different. | |||
