Has anyone used Blackburn's 404 bottom metal for a Mauser?

I'm specifically referring to his 416 bottom metal, which he recommends for the 404 too.

In your experience, is the geometry correct for a 404?

Ted has told some folks it is the same as 416, some it is different... it is a different measurement, on the "3 rounds rubberbanded together" and measure the shoulder and base... as well as a different location of the shoulder
