Has anyone used one of these on a 98? What is your opinion of them. I like the idea of the "remington" style safety. But do I have to remove the factory safety or can I leave it in the fire position and strictly use the Bold trigger saftey?
Thanks

I've used several. They are a good trigger for the money. Only issue I had with them is the safety sticks real far out. Just about impossible to make a nice smooth location. What I ended up doing was to shorten and bend the safety in towards the action. You can leave the old shroud in place it would not interfer or you can pick up a smooth one for $35-45.

For a hunting rifle I've never had an issue with the MKX/Daly trigger.

As usual just my $.02
