Is there a book or reference on the internet of the different Mauser Type rifles, A, B, S, etc? Commercial types I guess you would say.. Saw this one , seller doesnt know what it is. Price was at $200 this morning http://www.auctionarms.com/search/displayitem.cfm?itemn...%20Rib%20on%20Barrel I like this one , sold though http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.asp?item=45443828 Love to get ahold of this 9.3x62 but prices way too high for a broken stock. Like to restock it with the original pattern http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.asp?Item=45442012

You need Jon Speed's book Original Oberndorf Sporting Mausers. It's not real cheap, but it's the reference for these rifles. - stu

I have one like the second one but in 6.5 (25 x 57) with double triggers and krupps oct to round ribbed barrel. I didn't realize they go for this much. They make a nice light sporter. RJS
