Was the pipe threading machine part of the barreling operation. The tool sharping equipment looks unused.

I think that Jeffe should buy the 12 spindle router for his stock work. Butch

You know, at last years guild show in Reno, Whichester flew a bunch of people out from their custom shop. Winchester was trying to help these people find new employment. I asked one of these guys if he was willing to relocate, and he said no. As if we were going to move our business just so he could work for us? Winchester had its problems and it's sad to see them go, but they earned their plane ticket to the far east or where ever Browning's is going to manufacture Winchester's products. If you live in the area, you should stop a view the auction. I went to the Fajen auction and won't foreget it soon. I'd go, but it's a cross country trip, besides how would I get anything home.

so I guess they are going to buy all new equipment when browning takes over??? in times when one needs a rifle, he tends to need it very badly.....PHC

Browning is not going to build them there. They are going to contract it overseas.

Just one more example of unions not being able to see the forest for the trees. Sad. I'd love to go, but dealing with Connecticut riggers (assuming I could figure out something to buy) is more than I care to tackle. xxxxxxxxxx When considering US based operations of guides/outfitters, check and see if they are NRA members. If not, why support someone who doesn't support us? Consider spending your money elsewhere. NEVER, EVER book a hunt with BLAIR WORLDWIDE HUNTING or JEFF BLAIR. I have come to understand that in hunting, the goal is not the goal but the process.
