Since the sale of my lathes and mills due to illness, i need. A good gunsmith with quality experience in barrel work!I have a new Rem Model 799. (mini-mauser,the old charles daly type) I have a new XX Douglas barrel. I need the other barrel taken off,and the new barrel threaded and chambered to the action. Here is the stickler one must have (or rent) a 7mmTCU reamer(7mm/223) as this is the caliber i want. A good old fashion type crown,or a good 11 degree crown would be also needed. Bead blasted and blued. contact me if interested. I assume work will be of the highest quality,as the same i would do if i had my equiptment.
