Shotgun smith to work on Polychoke?

Guys:

Any recommendations for a person who can install a polychoke. It’s an older shotgun and going for a “period correct” option.

Any suggestions for smiths that reliably do this work would be appreciated.

Thanks good questions. I should have included that.

It is an Ithaca Model 37 in 16 gauge. An older pre-war version.
