We at Sound Metal Products are pleased to announce the availability of our 3MX bottom metal. As is, these units will hold five down for everything from 300 H&H to 458 Lott.

We open up the inside for 416 Rem, Lott, 404 Jeff. The 404 Jeff holds Four down.

Sunny Hill makes a slick follower that fits our units perfectly.

Pricing and order information is available on our website.

Dear Mr. Wiebe:

Concerning your up and coming 375/416 Ruger bottom metal, who makes an appropriate follower that will work in your new magazine?

Sincerely,

I think there are a couple alternaives for now. As soon as we have a prototype in hand, we are either going to have some made or do it ourselves. MAYBE the Sunny Hills unit, when shortened will work just fine.

Dear Mr. Weibe:

As a follow up, is the Brownell's aftermarket Mauser magazine spring acceptable when using your drop magazine?

Sincerely,

Chris Bemis

The Sunny Hills follower actualy fits better...I think it the one for the M-70 mag...I've sent an e mail describing the follower I purchased (2nd party).

I sent dimensions for ID since there were no marks to go by...let you know

It is to my good fortune. I am in the market for some bottom metal and Maggie has done me a favor by pointing out that Duane has just what I'm looking for and it's available.

I think it is fine to post something like this on this forum, but again that is just my opinion.
For my second opinion of the day, Duane's website is quite a bit nicer than CNC's! Big Grin

I admit I was wrong to point this out. I let someone I do not no point this out to me. I guess that is what you get for letting the small sh—get to you. I do have to say sorry to Duane.
Duane I guess you can thank me for a sell.

I like the posting of new products for the firearms community on this site. Sales of products belong in the classified. I am not the moderator, but would like to see continued announcemnts here, sales on the classified.

a couple month dead post, brought up to just stir the pot. And Maggie's posts weren't moved to classifieds. So, "fare" (LOL) IS Fair..

How many people on AR has Duane helped, with suggestions, illustrations, and (not always) helpful comments?

Funny thing, I don't have a dog in their conflict, don't care to.

Please participate in the FORUMS, and be part of something bigger than yourself

I would prefer to see makers CONTRIBUTE to the forums in normal discourse and adding to the community.

People who are basically only selling should put their notices and offers for sale in the classifieds.

In otherwords, if the people are participating in the forums, have fun.

If you are using the forums to sell your products, please post in the classifieds

This is a request for community, not commericalism.

If you don't understand the difference, you probably need to consider posting in classifieds

Maggie did not use the words old friend and therefore the direct quote "old friend" is incorrect!

Someone she did not know indicates it would not have been an old friend. But then of course Kobe only sees what he wants to see and then posts accordingly in order to deliberately attempt to stir up trouble. stir

No, we all have a problem and it is YOU.

Too bad they don't have a little picture of a fruitcake, so the beating a dead horse picture will have to do. Whatever is bothering you, get over it.

Sometimes it's a bit funny to watch these little pissing contest between you guys...but it's actually getting sad to watch as you both roll around in the mud...

It would be refreshing not to see this B.S. on other threads, so why don't you both start your own threads to piss on each other....
