I viewed work of this 'Smith's on the net tonight for sale and it looked very nice. Here is his website: Gostomski Gunsmith Service

Have any of you viewed his work or used his services? Looking for more information.

333, I have known Bill for at least 23 years or so since he moved to the mountains from Baltimore. That being said I have had probably 7 of my on rifles bedded and floated by Bill and every one has shown improvement. His prices are good and turnaround not bad. Bill has rebarreled several friends rifles and all are happy.I had a model 70 WSM that was smithed by a highly recomended man on this site and Bill fixed its feeding problems. I feel very lucky to have a man of this caliber in my area. His woodworking and stock blanks are outstanding.

Besides quality workmanship, this man does have really nice wood to work with.Glad that he knows good wood and how to treat it. I have seen some gunsmiths "" make fire wood out of a beatutiful piece of wood. You should be proud to have this smith work on your rifles ect. van

I have sent Bill e-mails to get prices in the past and sent one today to get him to built the stock for my rifle when Jim Dubell is finished with the metal. Thank you all for your help and compliments of Bill.

Glad to remark again that a couple of years ago I examined a 1903 sporter stocked by Gostomski, at a PA gun show. Outstanding.

I got ahold of him tonight...late his time, and he will be building a Rigby style stock for me after the 1st of the year or when Jim Dubell gets the metal work done.

It feels good when a plans starts to come together
