cbennett333, I have known Bill for at least 23 years or so since he moved to the mountains from Baltimore. That being said I have had probably 7 of my on rifles bedded and floated by Bill and every one has shown improvement. His prices are good and turnaround not bad. Bill has rebarreled several friends rifles and all are happy.I had a model 70 WSM that was smithed by a highly recomended man on this site and Bill fixed its feeding problems. I feel very lucky to have a man of this caliber in my area. His woodworking and stock blanks are outstanding.
