| Mauser 98 Oberndorf, in perhaps 10.75x57 or the other deomintations.
It has built up double Square bridge with mounts for a scope mount, note the hole in the rear bridge.

| Are those with the screws going in a 10 and 2 oclock . The name Stith bases (sp) comes to mind...??
I have a old m30 that had holes drilled on the side at 10-2 or 11-1 oclock like that and was told those are old stith(sp) mounts
