| One of the indoor ranges in the hood has an FFL. Owner used to buy boxes of handguns from the NYPD.
Any unusable frames had to be turned back in to be disposed of. If he made 1 work it would pay for the box. He'd usually get a few revolvers he could sell and a bunch of good parts. Model 10's and snubby's. |
