Long time New Braunfels, Texas gunsmith Howard E. Dietz passed away on February 7, 2015.
Howard was a good friend and will be greatly missed.

I used to drive two and a half hours to shoot at his range. A gentleman. Still have the Rem 700 I bought there many years ago.

I grew up hunting deer just down the road from his shop and used to stop by to use his range. Sorry to hear of his passing.
