Bought a model 70 that had been rebored from a .338 to .375 ruger. When gun is laying flat bolt will not close with a round in it but hold it at a 45 degree angle and the bolt will close every time. Any suggestions?

If it's a push feed it could be a dirty plunger (ejector).
