Rebarrelling a Rem 7600

Does any know of someone who might be interested/capable of rebarrelling a Rem 7600 pump from a -06 based cartridge to .411 Hawk? Z-Hat won't touch it, but might would be willing to provide reamer and reloading dies.

I've got a friend who literally lives with an 870 Rem shotgun in his hand, and he is thinking of relocating to Alaska. We came up with the idea of the 7600 Rem converted to .411 Hawk as a bear rifle that he would be ultra comfortable with shooting - just like his shotgun.
