yes - if tefloned black

for that style of rifle?
yeah, i do, except the caliber... cut off a thread and rechamber for the 7wsm and it would be near perfect, and not a HASSLE to make brass for.

i see a whitemetal gun and I want to paint it black
no stainless anymore, i want it to turn black

Nothing special,
I like it like a tool, can't say it really gets me going.
I think a stock model 7 CDL would be a better looking rifle,
Shoots good though, if you believe the supplied argets ! ...tj3006

yes, I can appreciate the work and the outcome. Not something I'd likely spend money on though.

I don't like Remingtons much anyway.

Would work better as a 260 or 7mm-08
and with a 22" barrel.

Yes, if you like that caliber that's not too bad a price for a custon rifle and the model 7 isn't bad at all.

Jeffe...you don't secretly work for Krylon do you?

Neat rifle but I would have done a different caliber. 7-08 would be about perfect or even just a plain old 284.

Kinda reminds me of some of the newer trends in bathrooms and kitchens that I have done for people recently, you know, the concrete, granite and brushed stainless look. Maybe real nice in the shitter or kitchen, but not a rifle. thumbdown
