In a qucik search, I found very little offered in off-the-shelf synthetic stocks for 1903 Springfields other than the Ramline (yuck!) and the B&C Carbelite. Wish they made the Medalist for the 1903. My rifle is a plain Jane with military finish on the receiver and a wartime barrel, and I would like a good utilitarian stock for it that will take a licking and keep on ticking, yet have at least a trace of class. Any suggestions?
