I just built a M700 in 223 for my wife. My buddy who does my 'smithing isn't set up for bluing (usually only does stainless barrels), and the one guy left in town is out-of-sight on his prices to blue. (No competition I guess). The receiver was lightly pitted when I got it, so I put a CM barrel on it, with the intent of doing a beadblast blue on it. Can anyone recommend somebody who can do it reasonably? I don't need a show-winning job, but don't want a high school shop project done on it either. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
