Does anyone know of a gunsmith that can install restricted parts. I would like to have the new style flanged bolt shroud installed aon a copel of model 70 classic bolts I have. | ||

I assume any 'smith with an FFL can order the parts. I reckon Jim Kobe could do it. Where do you live? | |||

I dont think this is the case. I believe you have to a have to be a Winchester authorized smith to sell the restricted parts. FWIW I am in MI. | |||
