Winchester restricted parts

Does anyone know of a gunsmith that can install restricted parts. I would like to have the new style flanged bolt shroud installed aon a copel of model 70 classic bolts I have.

I assume any 'smith with an FFL can order the parts. I reckon Jim Kobe could do it. Where do you live?

I dont think this is the case. I believe you have to a have to be a Winchester authorized smith to sell the restricted parts.
FWIW I am in MI.

Don`t know where in Michigan you are, but Williams Gun Sight in Davison was, and as far as I know still is, a Winchester service dealer.

Thanks for the tip. I live in the UP, but have family in the Flint area. I will stop in when I am down there for thanksgiving.
