| Let's put it this way; the mag box is 2.85 long. The guard screw is right up against the box. How many 7mm loads are that short? For me, the best ones are much longer than that. So, could you do it? Yes.
Would I? No. You have to keep your ammo very short. Why not go with a 7-08? Or a long action. |

| if doing a build and want short go 7mm08, long 280 rem. if you see a rifle you just have to have and its 7x57 buy it  |
