Yes, I use two part epoxy.
I also use Acraglas gel for everything. Dyed brown or black.

I use west systems only because I have it in gallons for boat projects(Thickened dyed as nec.) What ever you use on a plastic stock make sure to
make the surface ROUGH & CLEAN before the epoxy goes on. tu2

Marine Tex is my go-to for composite stocks. For the super chintzy plastic stocks you'll need to rough the area up quite a bit to get a good bond.

I also use MarineTex, but only because that’s about all I use except for acraglass for wood repairs. I also drill small blind holes all over the inside of the bedding area in addition to roughing up the surface to create a mechanical lock for the bedding.

Shoot straight, shoot often.

Marine Tex GREY for just about everything - the white has different additives and is flexible

I have used most everything, including steel stick, mostly with decent results - heck, even thompson's 2 part high heat -- worst results from WHITE marine tex -- might as well have used silicon -- next worse was acraglas as it is way too runny, but excellent results with acragel ... devcon works great, as well

I did a Rem 700 rubber stock yesterday; I used Devcon. Hasn't fallen out yet.

I've had pretty good luck on the black plastic with Accraglas steel bed. I drill anchor holes and wipe the area with carb cleaner just before I put the bedding in.

Nothing works well on the plastic stocks but flexible epoxies are better than others. Regards, Bill.

Harder to do, but you could solder/weld it. By that I mean find a plastic that is the same type (and color) and melt weld it in. I use a soldering gun on small items and the soldering tip on the little propane torch bottles. Has worked well for me. My primer catch tray on my Lyman turret press broke. It's that flexible black plastic and I used plastic from Hodgdon black plastic powder bottles to weld it in. Holding up great.

Epoxy in 2020, really?

Just use second or third generation of macromolecular methacrylate adhesive. It is far beyond any epoxy stuff. (Look for "2-component MMA")
