Got a great deal on a left hand Winchester 70 in 270 Weatherby. I knew from the get go it would most likely be a donor for something else. That something else could be a 300 PRC.
Any issues with rebarreling (or reboring) to 300 PRC? I know the case is designed from the 375 Ruger so its is fatter. Would the rifle still hold three down? Any potential issues with feeding?

Why not go 300 WBY. Same or better ballistics as the 300 PRC and you have no issues with your magazine holding 3 down? I know it's not the new shiny thing but there ain't no flies on the 300 WBY.

sounds fun -- though, tbh, there's no flies on the 300 winmag - it should still hold 3 down, but might need some tweaking, if it has the "hump" spring
