A year and a half ago, I had a 104 year old Winchester Model 12, 16 gauge shotgun restored by Ezra Holcomb who is out of West Virginia. His email address is: cpholcomb6@gmail.com He was in his early 80's but came highly recommended to me by my gunstock blank supplier-Cecil Fredi of Cecil Fredi Gunstock Blanks. The price for the restore was more than fair. Not sure what the issue is with yours, but Ezra is an expert in fixing and restoring Winchester Model 12's.
