Are there any safety concerns about shooting this cartridge in my 1890 Thickside Highwall?
I have Highwalls in many calibers but no .375 except for 38/55.

In a modern, alloy made action,,, by Winchester or Browning, yes. In an original 1890 manufactured Winchester, no. I'd chamber nothing 'hotter' than a .405 Win. in an original Highwall.
